Nuns nuttier than peanut brittle

Seeing that I haven't had a lot of contact with a lot of nuns I'm not using this as a general opinion about all nuns, just some of the ones that I've had to work for and with. Not living in the real world seems to have seriously compromised their ability to deal with other people in a rational or ethical manner. Lies, duplicity, threats, bullying and intimidation seems to be their preferred modus operandi. This is coupled with gross incompetence and an intelligence level that borders on ...well let's just say that certain residents of the Ozarks appear as Rhodes scholars next to these two.

These two 'ladies' of the white have single handedly managed to run two schools into the ground with their people skills, skills that may have served the Church well during the Inquisition, but are a detriment to allowing a school to function. As a result, staff turn over has been increibly high and that in turn results in students leaving in droves. I can honestly say that there isn't a single person on staff who is happy and or thrilled to return if things remain the same, meaning if the current administration remains in place past June. The fact that they have remained in their positions so long after some of the things that have happened, well it's scary but we have to remember it is the Catholic Church. The same wonderful organization that brought us 'Molest little children and get caught Father? That's ok we'll move you to a new parish where there's a fresh crop of innocents to defile until you slip up again.'

What really burns my ass is that the morality and ethics of the 'white teachers' are constantly being dragged through the mud by a certain Sister. That and our ability to teach proper English to the students. My question is that if we are so morally bankrupt and so underqualified, why did you hire us? The dumb shit doesn't realize that this reflects on her, as she was the one who interviewed everyone and hired them. As to her questioning our competence, one only has to read anything that she has written to know her grasp of English is tenuous at best. Another thing she has failed to realize is that most of the parents, who associate on a personal level with the teachers, know when she is lying to them and they just nod at her like the village idiot that she is.

If you haven't guessed by now this is a quasi rant, sorry I felt it necessary.
